Steps to Take for Stressfull Situations

Step 1
Breathe (You need oxygen flowing to your brain)

Step 2
Take your time to think (When stressed people may overlook something)

Step 3
Go over your options/alternatives

Step 4
DON’T FORGET TO BREATHE!

Step 5
If situation is not handled take a short break and clear your head
