Drinking and Driving

Drinking and driving affects more than just the driver. It also affects everyone surrounding them. Not just that. If they were to hit something or someone more people are affected. For those that don't know what happened my little sister is a victim of a drunk driving hit and run. He leg had been broken along with other serious injuries to her body. She suffered an immense amount of physical, emotional and mental pain. What some people don't realize is that this affects everyone. The victim, the culprit and everyone in the circles.

The Sad Truth About Disabilities

There are still a lot of people in this world that think just because a person is disabled they're a lesser person. That our capabilities are much more limited than the rest of society. This is not the case. There are a lot of people out there with disabilities that are more capable than lets say a “normal” person. I put normal in quotes to emphasize that fact that there really isn't just one definition for the word. The word normal can mean millions of different things. Everyone has their own distinct definition of it.
